Rafter will direct customer support, manufacturing and fulfillment, and corporate information technology. Sutherland will lead product development and quality assurance.

John Rafter was a co-founder and COO of Black Pearl, Inc., an enterprise
software company focused on the automation of complex decisions.
During his five years at Black Pearl, he raised $24 million
in venture capital and
oversaw all financial, information technology and human
resources operations. Prior to that, Rafter held a variety
of management roles at Sun Microsystems,
including managing operations for Sun’s IT Operations Services group.
He also spent five years as a management consultant with
Deloitte Consulting in San Francisco.
MailShadow is Microsoft Certified and is deployed on a Windows server at each remote site. The price is an annual fee for each Outlook client using the Exchange transaction cache.
