Tyrone F. Pike is the Founder, Chairman, President and CEO of Cemaphore Systems Inc. Tyrone has held numerous top executive-level positions in various software and networking infrastructure companies throughout the U.S. Prior to founding Cemaphore Systems, Tyrone was Vice President of VPN Services at Internap Network Services and VPNX.com, Inc. after Internap purchased VPNX.com. Tyrone has also served as the Founder, President and CEO of SwitchSoft Systems, Inc. At UB Networks he held the position of CTO and at Citrix Systems, Inc. and Puma Technologies he served as Director. Tyrone was also the President and CEO of Global Village, and he has served as the manager of business development in Network Products at Intel after he was the Founder, Chairman, and President of LAN Systems, Inc.

John Liccione served as Vice President of Market Development for collaboration solutions at e.magination Network, where he was responsible for bringing Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 based solutions to market. He served as CTO at Panacya where he brought to market BoxTone, a BlackBerry and Exchange performance monitoring software product. Before Panacya, he was co-founder and CTO of Evergreen Assurance, a provider of real-time disaster recovery services for Microsoft Exchange, and received SC Magazine’s Global 2004 award for Best Exchange Migration Service. Before that, he served as Vice President and General Manager of the managed hosting business unit at USinternetworking (USi). In 1997, he designed and launched the ARINC private IP network which served the U.S. commercial airline industry and the FAA. He honorably served in the U.S. Air Force and at the National Security Agency (NSA) as an intelligence analyst and linguist.

John has led development and operational teams to deliver pioneering products. Most recently he was Managing Director of IT Development at Brigham Young University. Previously, he was Operations Vice President at LANDesk, Division General Manager at Intel and held senior management positions at HP and Cericor.
