Job responsibilities
Reporting to Vice President of Sales, the Corporate Systems Engineer will be a proactive member of the Sales Team, providing the technical knowledge and consultative skills required to effectively support the sales effort and help with customer needs. Ideal candidates must have a proven track record of recent success as a hands-on Systems Engineer in the Enterprise Messaging Industry, including an excellent technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies with an emphasis on Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory. Strong problem solving skills are a must, with the ability to assess problems and determine an effective course of action. Knowledge of competitive solutions, technologies and product offerings, including relative strengths and weaknesses, is a necessity. Qualified candidates will be self-motivated and capable of working without direct supervision while ensuring management goals are met. Travel is required.

Required experience

  • BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent, with 10+ years industry related experience.
  • Excellent technical writing skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Experienced managing RFPs/RFIs without support.
  • Experience in messaging space working with MS Exchange & Active Directory.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and add value as a team member.
  • Ability to interact with high-level executives.
  • Ability to quickly gain technical credibility with large audiences.
  • Experience in any of the following areas:
    • Technical Marketing
    • Certification
    • Customer Support
    • Customer Education
    • Reseller Training
    • Benchmarking and performance testing

Inside Sales Representative

Job responsibilities
Reporting to Vice President of North American Sales, the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for researching, cold calling, qualifying and generating QUALIFIED OPPORTUNITIES for Cemaphore products and services in large enterprise accounts. The Inside Sales Representative will work as a member of the sales team to help close opportunities and to help maximize customer satisfaction.

Required experience

  • Minimum of three to five years experience as an Inside Sales Representative selling Enterprise Infrastructure Systems and/or Software.
  • Direct and indirect sales experience.
  • Strong prospecting skills and drive for results.
  • Ability to articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of both the company and products, and secure long-term commitments.
  • Exposed to extensive sales training.
  • Skilled in thinking strategically and tactically.
  • Ability to compose complex proposals and accurate forecasts.
  • Strong understanding of the Enterprise Messaging Industry.
  • Great relationship skills, tenacity, resilience and inter-personal/presentation skills.
  • Experience, credibility, and presence that enables you to work effectively at all levels within very large and complex organizations.
  • Previous startup experience.
