Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product requirements by working with customers, sales and support and researching competitive products and Microsoft technologies
- Author MRD and PRD documents and drive consensus for the feature / schedule trade-offs
- Define business cases for proposed new features
- Serve as customer advocate when triaging bugs and tactical feature requests
- Define user interaction
- Work with the development team to ensure design meets the market requirements
- Represent the product development progress and the product roadmap to the executive team and to sales.
- Author content for product collateral materials such as whitepapers and competitive briefs
Requirements
The following qualifications are required:
- Strong understanding of customers in the IT management occupation, their priorities and enterprise software deployment model
- Technical aptitude and experience with Windows server administration and / or Windows software development
- Ability to foster the relationship with people in different organizational functions and manage by influence
- Strong presentation skills
- Good writing skills
- 3+ years experience as a software engineer, system engineer or IT manager and 2+ years experience as a product manager and / or MBA
The following qualifications are a plus:
- Experience in DR / HA or replication markets
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange
- Good Visio and PowerPoint skills

Call scripts and product training provided. Flexible full or part-time hours Monday through Friday. Hourly wage plus incentive for meetings booked.
Responsibilities
- Working with sales and marketing team to identify prospective customers and promote company´s software solutions
- Initiating outbound prospect calls within the US and Canada from pre-compiled lists
- Qualifying leads and explaining product benefits
- Scheduling online meetings for interested prospects with territory sales manager
- Entering/updating customer information into Salesforce.com CRM system
- Reporting on weekly call activities
Requirements

- Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office required
